Refund Policy
Forget Me Not Fiber Arts has a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at hello@forgetmenotfiberarts.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can make it right as quickly as possible.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on custom items.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
Products and Services
A description of the Products and Services are detailed on our Website. We will provide the Products and Services with reasonable care and skill in accordance with the description set out on the Website.
We aim to produce images that accurately represent the color of a fabric or other item; however, this can vary between computer screens and therefore the color may differ. We reserve the right to vary or withdraw any of the Products and Services described on the Website without notice.
We do our best to make sure that our inventory numbers are listed as accurately as possible, but sometimes an item listed on the website runs out of stock. We reserve the right to cancel or decline your order or any part of your order at any time, at which time you will receive a refund for any out of stock items.
Shipping policy
Processing time
For a ready-made item, I will do my best to have it shipped within 2-3 business days.
For custom items. the time will vary based on number of orders, complexity of pattern, and materials needed. When placing a custom order I will discuss processing time with you based on the above factors.
It is my goal to give you quality products in a timely manner.
Shipping Rates
I offer weight based shipping rates through USPS. Your package's shipping rate is automatically calculated based on the weight of the products included in your order. Most items have a weight listed but if you do not see one, please feel free to contact me.
General guidelines for the cost of standard shipping are as follows:
- 0-5 lbs - $8.80
- 5-15 lbs - $15.70
Unless you are purchasing multiple items, the weight of most of our products is under 5 lbs.
International Shipping
At this time I do not have international shipping set up. However, if you contact me we can do a custom shipping rate to your location.
